JAMCO was formed on the 1st of January, 2000 in the sole ownership of Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik and was converted into Company under the name and style of M/S JAMCO (PVT) LIMITED and was registered and incorporated on the 9th of December, 2005 with the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Islamabad under section 32 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984) with the defined objectives of providing comprehensive professional service in construction and related disciplines for the execution of educational, civic, commercial, health, industrial, transportation, communication and agricultural and all other types of buildings and highways.
M/s Jamco (Private) Limited is also duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 and enlisted as the Government Contractors with the Provincial as well as the Central Government.
